This is a part-time evening role, 1-3 nights a week: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You'll open the shop for the evening, get things ready for the night ahead, and be the face of Half Full for the customers who walk through our door — regulars and first-timers alike.

What you'll do:

• Welcome guests and help them find the perfect coffee, wine, or bite to eat

• Take orders at the table or bar and get them into our system

• Assemble and heat light menu items (think pre-made plates and quick bites — no recipe work or raw prep) and pour with care

• Keep the space clean, stocked, and running smoothly

• Be part of a small team where everyone pitches in

What we're looking for:

• 21 or older

• Outgoing, personable, genuinely enjoys talking with people

• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and can lift up to 25 lbs

• Reliable — we're counting on you

• A team player who's willing to learn

• Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings

Good to know:

• Pay is hourly plus tips ($15-$22 average, tips are pooled and split weekly across the team)

• We'll help you get your SC responsible alcohol server certification and ServeSafe food handler certification if you don't already have them

• No prior restaurant or bar experience required — just the right attitude
